Q: I'm looking at buying this for my Dad... as he has dementia. And it would be an activity which would be very familiar for him. Are the parts small?

Not tiny but the screwing the screws/bolts in can be quite fiddly. I bought for my disabled child to aid with fine motor skills development and he loves it but I screw the bolts/screws in and he takes them out.
