We were looking for something portable and yet effective to help build upper arm and leg strength as well. This comes in a very nice zip up bag with a hang loop. There’s enough resistance from 10-50 lbs to cover the basics when wanting to keep in shape without a major investment and the fact it takes very little space was a game changer for us. It has handles for hands and legs and even a door pulley which is great to work the upper back! An instruction booklet as well but they’re pretty self explanatory. Seem to be well made and easy to wipe down between uses. This would make a great gift for a traveler or anyone home bound or unable to get to a gym. My ten year old even likes using them to stay in shape between her dance classes and horse riding lessons! They seem very durable!

High quality product that you can take with you and work out right out of hotel room if you are always on the go and have no time to work out at any gym. The tension on the bands is excellent and the construction feels of high quality with actual steel clips and not aluminum. Overall, I am satisfied with this product as I can take the 10lbs band with me and just work out my knees, and elbows, wrist and even ankles for specialized workouts of my joints. Even my mother can work out her knees for her PT of her knee surgery and the doctor approved. No more excuses, I can work out while sitting at my desk!

I have a power rack at home and almost 500 pounds of plates. I'm all about squatting, deadlifts and pressing. But these tubes (really, not flat bands) serve a purpose! I can rig up exercises for tricep pushdowns, curls or shoulder rotations and get real resistance by stacking tubes. You might have to be a little creative to get adequate resistance across the full range of motion but it can be done. You are limited only by your creativity.

So far i love these bands! I workout everyday and the bands i previously had were snapping and breaking and i didn’t feel they provided enough weight. I got these last week and so far I’m loving them. They come color coordinated which def helps so I actually know which one i want to use and they come in a pouch that holds everything together. They come with the handles and ankle straps as well so you can use this to train your whole body. Very versatile. So far i love these and would def recommend!

I have been searching for the right resistance equipment to help with my upper body and leg muscles.These equipment's are great for iron weight replacement.I have been using OlarHike resistance bands for over a week, and i have found easy to setup and with no problems.Doors, cross bars, standing or sitting, they are GREAT TO WORK WITH.Use the bands see and feel the difference.

A good piece of a training tool, good quality too. Unfortunately, the anchor strap/point is flimsy and does not match the quality of the resistance bands. The anchor strap needs to be made from a stronger material so it does not collapse prior to securing it to a strong point or a door.

I’ve had these bands for about a week and so far I like them a lot. Product as described on Amazon. Too early to rate durability, so I rated it in the middle. I’ve never had bands before so I can’t compare it to anything else but they seem to be of good quality and are working properly
