I Tested it!!! It is an amazing Quality filleting knife.
An amazing Quality filleting knife. It looks amazing. It is strong and very versatile. It has just the right amount of flex. CAUTION, CAUTION, CAUTION........ it IS SUPER SHARP. It is Worth Every Cent. An absolute pleasure to use. It is very well balanced. It feels safe and secure, especially in wet oily hands. I most highly recommend SHAN ZU as a brand to watch out for.

Questo coltello è davvero pratico e comodo per tagliare e sfilettare la carne. La lama è affilata e taglia molto bene, rendendo il lavoro in cucina veloce e preciso. Inoltre, ha una bellissima estetica, che lo rende anche piacevole da tenere esposto. Finora sono molto soddisfatto, ma sarà da valutare la durata dell’affilatura e la resistenza nel lungo periodo. Per il momento, è un acquisto che consiglio!
