I've used it for nutritional purposes rather than baking, and it's done amazingly well. As someone who has problems even with rice, I've not had any issues, and the nutrient profile for sorghum is exceptional. Easy to cook, no mess, just in a rice cooker on the brown rice setting. Wonderful stuff, the grain is very clean and uniform.

I've never made Sorghum before but heard it was really good for you and it's gluten free. I made it just like I would rice and it's sooooo good. Nice and thick and chewy. Kind of like Millet but better. I also bought sorghum popcorn and that was also great.

The media could not be loaded. The flavor is incredible we actually prefer it without butter. I tried different ways to hydrate the sorghum so that it would pop more when heated but even if you soak them like instructed I would say you get bout 30% perfect of what you attempt to cook. The 30% is worth it! Flavor wise.My kids loved the “baby popcorn” but for the cost of the sorghum I don’t know how feasible it is to make often.The texture is similar to popcorn but smaller

I bought this as I had sent an email and the reply was that yes this “ pops” . I am GF and corn free and miss my popcorn so was super excited. I tried every way to make this work and wasted a lot of product. I tried to pop in an air popper. Tried to pop in a pan with oil. Gave up! So disappointed. And the other competitor whose sorghum pops is out of stock for awhile. Unless someone or the company can give me a suggestion to enjoy popped please do tell!

I am fairly new to sorghum but it has become a staple in my diet for the past year. This Organic Grains sorghum pops better and is more tender than other organic brands I've tried. Unfortunately, item is now out of stock so I had to purchase another brand that is not nearly as good as this brand of sorghum. I hope it gets back in stock again soon, and it would be super nice if the company would offer a larger 10-pound size.Update: the Organic Grains sorghum became available again so I purchased two bags. Unfortunately, this sorghum, unlike the previous sorghum mentioned above, does not pop well at all. It appears to be slightly underdeveloped. However, it still tastes very good, just not great for popping.
