good as usual
They were all broken open. Used a spoon. Really good as usual.

Old, frozen, and inedible
not only did they looked like they were years old, The inside deliciousness was spread all around the out side of the cordials and ALL AROUND THE BOX. None of the cordials had any flavor

Fresh &Delicious
FRESH !!! I’m slways worried that when a product arrives, it will be something pulled off a back shelf, stale & old. These were fresh & delicious.

I remember when these were a quality product, but I'm pretty old.
Since they were pretty inexpensive, my expectations weren't very high to begin with, but I really feel like I should have known better...sigh. Most were broken making the rest a sticky mess, so I threw them away. I suppose you get what you pay for, but these used to be a very good value and a traditional holiday treat; the greed-driven encrapification of America is well on display here. I would never risk giving these as a gift.

Don’t waste your money
My husband loves this brand of cherries. However, they did not arrive in good condition. The outsides were broken and the cherries and insides were a hardened mess. There is not returning these. So we had to throw them away.

Damaged in shipment
I ordered them in the winter, but they still arrived quite damaged. Broken and leaking in packaging. I love these chocolates, but you are probably better off finding them in a local store.

These are factory seconds.
I didn't read the reviews for this item until after I ordered it. I only had a couple of minutes left to get free shipping on orders under $25 when I found these so I just ordered real quick and like I said, didn't read the reviews until after ordering. All in all my cherries were not as bad as some of the reviews stated, there was no stale funny odors, no white stuff or any color stuff growing on them, they were just 'smushed' a little. One cherry that was the most 'smushed' had the cellophane pulled loose from the plastic tray so that one was dried out some. The rest of the 2 trays were 'smushed' slightly but were sealed and not dried out. The 'best by' date on the package is 9/20/23 so they are not expired. The reason I'm calling these factory seconds' is that along with the 'best by' date not being expired the package/box they came in was NOT damaged in any way. It was not creased, bent, flattened, torn, out of shape or in any way damaged. This leads me to believe these cherries were 'smushed' @ the factory after being packed in the plastic trays. Whether this was done when they sealed the trays with the plastic film on top I don't know. All I know is they were not damaged in transport, storage, or anything else AFTER leaving the factory. I know they have some kind of quality control and these were probably spotted by quality control and pulled from the conveyor belt and evaluated by a human as sellable. They could have sold them @ a lower/better price than they did. If they had I would have bought them again. But they didn't/don't so I'm not going to pay that much for damaged goods. I also noticed that there is a different sticker placed over the bar code printed on the box. This sticker has a different bar code than the one on the box so that raises the possibility that Queen Ann sold these 'factory seconds' to some other company instead of directly to the public. Still, it doesn't change my lowered opinion of Queen Anne. I dearly love my cordial cherries but economics trumps desire/taste/whatever. I am sorry to see this company (Queen Anne) lose their integrity.
