usually mahamash oil has more than 35 ingredients but kerala ayurevda carry below 30, although it work to remove my body pain, but not recommended for paralysed patient because it will cure pain but won't make body part strong and immune to rheumatoid arthritis. Divya and baidyanath (jhansi) has 30+ ingredients and important ingredients that make body parts strong too for paralyzed patient. p.s. I'm not physician or ayurveda expert if anyone with paralyzed patient found it good, you must go for this
