It gets super cold and stays cold. So much better than my regular ice packs. I love this thing!

Left it in freezer and it started getting rust around the edge a little. Still worth getting though.

It's a two-piece design that allows you to add water to the center. It cools quickly and transfers heat faster than anything else I've tried. Make sure and use a thin barrier between the enswell and your skin or it'll likely leave a mark.
