Olio Taibi's Monocultivar "Biancolilla" is superb. It has a light, crisp taste that lingers on the tongue. I used it to dress a salad, and the fruitiness of the flavor enhanced the lettuce, cheese, apples and everything else. It is by far the best olive oil I have ever tasted. I gave staff with whom I work these bottles as a gift and they have all raved that they have never tasted an olive oil of this quality. This product is a healthy source of quality Extra Virginia Olive Oil from Sicily, Italy. The taste is very neutral, and great for salads and all around sautéing.... Highly Recommend albeit the portion is smaller than normal....

This is a lovely organic EVOO loaded with Polyphenols. I use it for flavor and for a healthy fat In my keto lifestyle. But I use it sparingly because it’s very expensive. I do not use it to cook.

Not very good flavor

Bought the discounted coupon via Groupon, to send it to HI.. at the time of groupon purchase, I couldn't find anything about not shipping to Hawaii. But when ordering it via amazon, amazon didn't allow HI address. So had to ship it to my home first, and later gave it as a gift. Based on the recipient's comments, it tastes different, in a good way, than regular grocery oil.

Good but too expensive for tiny bottle!

This is the best olive oil in my humble opinion. Grown on the best soil.
