I liked the weight of construction as previous ones from other manufacturers , actually warped in the heat !We have an old house and its almost impossible to get one to fit what is a 100 year old hearth , but this one did !happy

Very nice solid fire grate but the wrong size was sent to me and I made contact with the seller prior to purchase on sales advise which wasn’t replied to. I will chance another re-order in hope I am sent the correct size but I will not email the company as they simply don’t reply. Nice produce but customer service nice huge improvement.
