easy to fit - easier than I thought
If you have an old insole it's super easy to size these, but even without a template, just be patient, and don't over-trim.If you're looking for SUPPORT, but something else, but if you are looking for an insole that is gentle on your foot, with a little cushioning, this is a good choice. Seem to be fairly durable too. And the little bumps provide some mild "massage stimulation" which hit the spot in my worn-out feet!

Very comfortable!!
I put these in my regular blundstones so much more comfortable. Love it!

Not good for all day wear.
The stimulating nodules become very noticeable after a few hours if you are actively walking around and it's painful after 4 hours. Not recommended, get the gel active, they are great.

My husband likes these
These are comfortable but thin. My husband doesn’t like the thicker ones but after a few months these are starting to bend. He likes them but with as much as he uses them they only last a few months. Luckily they are fairly cheap.

Great for walks
Adds quite a bit of padding / comfort for walks. Very gel-like and pleasant.
