Sena 10S Motorcycle Bluetooth Headset Communication System, Dual Pack

This is a great headset, used in my HJC RPHA pro helmet (the HJC doesn’t work with this model helmet) compared to the HJC 10b the seña is far superior even though seña makes both headsets. The speakers are good but I will upgrade them. I like listening to music while I ride.

I have no experience with any type of radio so I was pleasantly surprised at how easy this is to use and sync with my BF's. It sounds good, is easy to switch on and off with gloves on, though the volume is a bit tricky at first, with gloves. The sound is usually very good, though it does depend where his speaker is situated inside his own helpet. I lost my first radio by accident on a ride by touching the release clip with my glove while I was fiddling with the volume. It released and fell off somewhere on the road. After some thinking and researching, I found that mounting a small lens cover leash/harness (made for cameras - cost a few dollars at most!) to the radio and the helmet, will prevent the same from happening again. The loop that normally would fit around the camera lens actually loops nicely around the radio-mount on my helmet, and the adhesive knob glues onto the underside of the radio very well (so far!). When I need to charge the radio, I simply slip the loop off of the mount. the leash/harness stays on the radio at all times. Now I don't worry about losing another one on a ride because I'm clumsy!

Sounds great and easy to set up. However, it can and will fall off! My wife has lost hers twice because she tapped the release accidentally. Worse design I have ever seen. Beware of this if you are considering purchasing. I made a clip that works well. See pictures. I am also going to make a velcro lanyard. Please Sena, help with this. I have always liked your product, but this is unacceptable for such a high end product.

If you are buying this item, there is something you need to be aware of. When the Sena 10S was first issued, the user could connect to FM radio signals. A firmware update disabled this function. I had planned to replace an older unit that occasionally has difficulty with connectivity. As I researched this item, the information I read indicated access to FM radio signals still existed. I was greatly disappointed. I plan to keep the new unit due to the possibility of my old 10 S completely failing, but I have no problem with the distribution of the item by Amazon. S. M. I previously had a Sena 10s and it was awesome. I do residential tree work and we were able to sustain connection with 4 devices, even 6 sometimes. The most recent Sena 10s I bought has been a struggle. We get 3 people on the headset at most. I tried pairing with one of the crew members and it paired with a 3rd crew member who wasn't in pairing mode. Randomly turns off through out the day. Battery lasts days currently.

Sena is top quality! No problem with the install however you do have to download an app to get user guide and then another app to connect another unit but it’s simple ! Scan the QR code and you are fine ! I recommend this for riders

I purchased four units to communicate with my daughters on the snowmobile trails. Worked great for the first season. I charged the units periodically in the off season. Went to charge and use and they won’t power up after signaling full charge. I’m out almost $800 and bought these for safety with the young riders. I will update when Sena responds. Update…customer service has been disappointing, several days between email responses and need to send units back. Can’t even get an answer as to weather the units are being repaired or replaced. Communication with customer service is terrible. Right now I want $ back to buy something I can actually use.

Ich hate bis zum Kauf des Sena Headsets nur diese schreckliche Erfahrung in der Fahrschule gemacht wo alles gedrückt und die sound qualität furchtbar war. Von Sena 10s bin ich begeistert Die Installation war ein bisschen Bastelarbeit aber keine große Herausforderung. Beim Helm tragen kein drücken und keine Hässliche Kabel die herumflattern. Auch mit dicken Handschuhen einfach zu bedienen. Die soundqualität ist super und es verbindet sich leicht mit Navi oder Handy Mit Hilfe der App ist es auch sehr einfach eine Gruppen Kommunikation einzurichten. Der Akku hält auch erstaunlich lang Alles in allem einfach top

No tiene ningún sistema de seguridad para evitar desprenderlo en movimiento. Debiera tener algún sistema de doble acción para evitar tirarlo por error, pero no lo tiene. Tendré que pegarlo con pegamento a la base para no perderlo, lo cual lo hace poco funcional, poco estético e inseguro. Además, la calidad de audio deja que desear. Me arrepiento de haberlo comprado, por este nivel de precio existen infinidad de mejores opciones

Très bon produit. J'ai hésité au départ car il était vendu en " Amazon reconditionné " J'ai appelé l'hôtesse qui m'à garantie que le produit était contrôler, vérifier avant d'être remis en vente. Effectivement, le produit est arrivé dans sa boîte d'origine, tout était conforme à l'intérieur....et surtout le prix défiant toute concurrence. Produit installé et fonctionne parfaitement bien... avec la qualité SENA que je connais très bien depuis quelques années.
