Perfect for kids on long trips
This is a game changer, specially on road trips. My 3 year old kid used to get cranky and uncomfortable during long drives. We had a feeling it was due to her legs hanging by the car seat. This helps rest her feet at a comfortable height. It is adjustable and safe ( I use it with the LATCH). Worth every penny of the 50 bucks. She uses it to climb to her seat too. Must buy for road trips with kids.

AMAZING
My son was kicking my seats because his feet would dangle now that he has this no more ruining my seats! He loves it and I love it!

FYI
Looks to be a well designed and quality product. Well made although a bit wobbly. I just installed it so I will have to see how sturdy it is and how long it lasts. It's actually worth 4.5 stars.

Grandson loves it!
The media could not be loaded. My grandson loves this addition to his car seat in my car! He just turned 5 and I wish I had found it when he was younger. It works perfect for us!

Great product with small flaw
My daughter loves her footstool in my Honda Civic and we wanted to try it again for our Toyota Sienna we just bought. Unfortunately it doesnt work well in the Sienna and we had to return it. It doesn't allow the captain seats to slide forward so people can get in the back. Overall still a fantastic product and very well made. I'd say good buy for cars and SUVs and even vans unless you have captain style seats that slide back and forth. Hindsight should've realized the base isn't designed to move for a reason.

1 Year Lifespan
It worked really well for my 4 year old when we purchased it in April 2023. However it had completely fallen apart by a year later. The instructions tell you it is not weight bearing, however, the stool was directly in his way to climb into his car seat that sat in our GMC Acadia. It was difficult to keep my 4 year old from using it to give himself a boost, and as he grew, the foot plate cracked in two along with the support stand. We are planning a trip and he has been complaining of his legs falling asleep. Unfortunately, we cannot justify the price to replace it. I would be willing to spend $100 if I knew it was made out of sturdier material and was weight bearing since it does hinder a child being able to climb into his/her car seat.

Grandson loves his footrest
Grandson was always wanting to put his legs out and rest them on the passenger seat in front of him, which in a collision, is very unsafe. His legs dangling from the seat were not comfortable after some time and I was glad to find this on Amazon. It took some time to get around to installing it. It has been installed for two months now and I pick him up from school in the afternoon two weeks a month and he absolutely loves having a foot rest. He was excited to show it off to his parents and grandpa.I have since bought one for his mother's car.The footrest part is adjustable as he grows, which I like. It is somewhat difficult to adjust down from him to get into the seat and then raise up to the right height once he is buckled in. So getting in and out is a little precarious. The footrest is not sturdy enough for him to use it to get into the seat and the "pole" makes it hard to climb into the seat so he has to be helped into the car seat. So while it has some drawbacks, the overall function and use are great and it makes for a more comfortable ride for him.
