Mikuni Carburetor Rebuild Kit for Mikuni Super BN PWC Carburetors

I've bought several aftermarket rebuild kits for the SBN 44. I have 3 '93 Yamaha VXRs that use this specific kit and have done a few rebuilds on each. Each time, I started with an aftermarket kit since I wasn't sure I could get these 30+ year old skis running and I didn't want to break the bank in trying. However, once I got them to turn over and fire, then finally idle, I realized very quickly the importance of using the original Mikuni kit. Fuel delivery issues and eternal cranking to start were virtually 100% eliminated once I started replacing the cheap rebuild kits with this one. Yes, there are some quality difference but I was not sold until I rebuilt the first carb and saw the difference it made in how it ran.In short, just buy this kit. Yes, the cheaper aftermarket kits might work for a while and even do as well in some cases. However, I don't have time to troubleshoot problems this one can solve from the get-go.

Used to rebuild the Carburetors on my 96 Yamaha VXR Pro 700, great quality kit don't skimp out with aftermarket kits that cause issues. Does not include needle and seat, inspect yours for wesr and replace with mikuni oem if needed!

Tried the “cheaper” carb kits for my 96 Seadoo XP and 95 Seadoo GTX but was disappointed at the quality of the parts, I didn’t even bother installing them and ordered these Mikuni rebuild kits instead. These are definitely worth the extra money, you get what you pay for! Great quality kit, all parts consistently fit as expected. I was able to rebuild 4 carbs (one carb per kit) and got both my PWC’s back up and running like new.

Fits great, works first time every time

not a full carb rebuild kit. rubber grommet for the check valve punctured upon installing with mikuni tool while using lubricant. grommet may have been previously used. missing base gasket, needle and seat! had to buy another carb rebuild kit to finish the job. waste of time.

Perfect rebuild on duel carb 1996 Seadoo.Just set pop off pressure to mfg. Specks and all will be good don't buy aftermarketKits and save yourself time and frustration.
