Q: Is the print floral or polka dots? I cannot tell. It looks polka but description says floral.

The dress has small daisy like flowers not polka dots

For me, I found the dress true to size. I am a 10/12 and the ‘medium’ fit perfectly

Q: Does it have an inner lining?

No, doesn’t have inner lining. Very light and floaty on the skirt area. 35 percent polyester, 65 percent cotton. Very pretty dress. I thought it was a bit clingy and a bit long on me, when I tried it on and asked to return but supplier asked if I could find a friend who might like it!! Overall nice dress but you may want more cotton than polyester to stop it clinging to your legs!
