The water filter is easy to use. The flow is a little sluggish, but adequate. The carafe is a good size, but requires two hands at all times, as it is clearly fragile. The water has a slight after taste, which i attribute to the carbon, but I feel a lot better and safer about drinking my town’s water with this unit. I am glad that I purchased it!

The filtered water from this device is excellent. I introduced my relatives to this water filter pitcher and they were so impressed with the taste of the water that they each bought one for themselves.

This is a very nice product. Like that it’s glass water seems to taste better. Note not Super large capacity but much less space required in fridge.

It is just OK.The glass is good but it's too thin.The cap is fine but it's a pain to get the seal on.The filter is alright but, it doesn't get your mountain dew clear like a brita will.It's just OK. Not great, not terrible.

We love the taste of the filtered water.
