for one whole summer I was suffering significantly from carpal tunnel and tendinitis (which I have healed in Jesus name through energy work that I do; reiki infused light language). I bought countless braces ice packs and the lake. But this one right here this one was the best. The only thing I would want to improve is that I don't feel like it was cold enough sometimes I had to put an ice pack inside of it at first to really get that instant relief that you look for when you use a cold wrap of sorts but other than that it was fantastic nice fit comfortable

I have tendinitis in my elbow. This is gel like wrap you slip on. I keep mine in the refrigerator and slip it on when needed. Stays cold for a long time. Comfortable to wear. It really helps when you’re in pain. So easy to slip on. Packable if needed. The perfect thickness and good quality. I’d be lost without it. Sorry can’t show photo I am away and forgot it. 🥲

Perfect. I can use this sleeve on my elbow, wrist or ankle. It completely encapsulates the joint and gets inflammation down quickly and efficiently.

Couldn't appear to fit on someone with thick of fat knees. Very comfortable on (forgot it was on). concerned it could puncture or rip because the covering appears so fragile.

Arrived the next day!!! Had this before and left it at our sons. They are using it now. I ordered another one for me. Put in freezer for 2 hours and had the relief I needed!! Thank you.

Worked great for tennis elbow, the writing on it peeled off pretty quickly, but helped with my elbow pain

I adore this ice/heat pack! Takes just 2 hours to refreeze between applications. Fits on my arm just perfectly to relieve golfers elbow pain. It also stretches to fit over my knee, if I needed that. Super comfortable, so easy to put on, too. I haven't tried heating it up, but I'm sure it would work just fine. Ice packs aren't as easy to conform to my elbow and this sleeve solves that problem completely. Get this!!!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Does not stay cold longer than 15 minutes. All the iron on letters have come off this was made very cheap.
