I have autoimmune disease and have been on two biologic drugs that are similar to low dose chemo. Needless to say, it has taken a major toll on my hair. I've always had slow-growing hair anyways, but the drugs made it thin significantly, be very sensitive to coloring processes (dry/brittle), and break easily. I've taken this dosage of biotin for over 5 years, but by a different company, and without the hyaluronic acid added. I started this brand about 2 months ago, and all I can say is WOW!! I have seen significant growth, strength, and overall health in my hair! I can't recommend this product enough. Plus, this will last me forever with the number in the bag. I recently received these biotin supplements. This brand I trust because I have other supplements by them. The capsules are tiny and very easy to swallow. You only have to take one capsule per day, which is great unlike other brands where you take three. This is my second day of use so we shall see how my experience goes. I will definitely give an update in 30 days.
