Even with the slight 3 second delay from actual event to phone alert, the video quality is so good you can't really complain! We have a ring camera as well and this wyze is better by FAR. the ring misses so many of our Amazon package deliveries that the wyze catches its insane. And the video quality and options on the wyze app compared to the ring is better in my opinion as well. Now, the one draw back is that the wyze will alert you for everything. Minor bugs that fit around the camera view. Light inflection, etc so the alerts can be a bit much to take. But I'd rather have a camera that picks up all of those things, than a camera that misses the important stuff. We're going to order a few more for outdoors as well as use one for a nanny cam. This is priced better than any baby monitor on the market, with better quality. We will just get a separate baby sound machine. You can't beat this for the price at all! Now, one

I’d used Arlo before, and these were very easy to set up and monitor. Before Wyze required a plan to show events these were perfect. Now without the plan they just notify with still shots. Be sure to buy the SIMM card for it to record activity, and with the still shot notification, you can find the and play after the still shot. The updates run great. Remember, they do require power which means running a cord to them. Quality of picture to my cell is very good. Sound sometimes echos or muffled. Excellent product for the price.

The cameras work okay. The number of SPAM calls have increased dramatically since I purchased the Wyze cameras. Thank goodness my phone carrier recognizes the SPAM and I don't get bothered too much. A few have gotten through to my voicemail where they identified themselves as Wyze trying to sell protection. For that reason, I do not recommend this product.
