Love this brand. This is my second time buying their postpartum products. I love the natural ingredients and the natural scent that they have. I used the perineum spray every time after using the bathroom and used the sitz bath herbs for making natural padsicles. I waited to use the perineum balm until I was healed a bit. I tried applying it to my perineum too soon after giving birth and it was painful. After a few weeks I tried applying it again and the peppermint in there was nice and cooling. Highly recommend these products for any postpartum mama looking for safe pp care ingredients.

I loved using the spray for those first weeks of postpartum! I’ve used the herbs too with the peri bottle and it’s refreshing for those days. I didn’t get to try the balm yet but I’m sure it’s a great product based on their other amazing products. Perfect gift for a momma to be!

During postpartum, this was a great kit. I am not a big fan of the witch hazel pads so this was a lifesaver. I would spray directly in the area or on the pads/depends I was wearing. I am very happy with my purchase.

Used it 2 weeks after surgery, still felt good.. I wish I was using it right after surgery.. swelling healed quite a bit after I started using it. The balm and the spray did the most trick. Strongly recommend. Not sure about the herbal sitz bath, haven’t used that yet.
