Helpful company.
Excellent company to work with. I was helping a Senior Marine Vet rebuild his pool pump. I bought the “textbook” required bearings and seals, only to find late in the process that his old pool company repaired his pump by combining two separate used pumps to make one work.This company worked with me to solve the problem.They went way over and above.

Parts dont fit as advertised, then charged to ship and restock!!!
Sad to say this product didn't fit my Century 1152 (A.O. Smith) as advertised. A side by side comparison showed the first part opened to be too big. I immediately initiated a return and put all the parts back into their original shipped packages. Sadly, I had to pay for the return, then was charged a 20% restocking fee.

Perfect fit, solid construction. Followed YouTube videos to complete installation with relative easy.

Wrong size shaft seal.
This product states it will fit a USQ1152 pump motor 5/8" shaft. However the seal was 3/4" id.
