I have quite a large scar from plate incision on my wrist. Maderma scar cream was recommended. However it's quite expensive. This has worked very very well (apply 2-3 times a day and massage it in). And the price is lower. Now only the deepest part of the scar is showing. The bottom half of the scar is almost gone.

It didn’t work for me

I recently had knee replacement surgery with 33 staples in my leg. I have already seen improvement in my scar using this cream and no longer feel my leg is going to be ugly.

The cream seems to be working as I’ve been using for about a week now. I’m using it for dark brown stretch marks on my stomach & a few scars on my thighs. I see them lightening up a bit but it’s not a quick process but when I compare it to my hydroquinone/ Dexameth mixer of 6/0.1% cream from the dermatologist for a scar on my nose from glasses years ago, it’s working at about the same speed. Of course the dermatologist cream is working faster but from the disposition of my scar on my nose and color changes, this cream is workin pretty well especially since I’ve been using the dermatologist cream longer though not very consistently until recently. I use the cream every night and I’m hoping to see a drastic change when the cream is finished. I’ll update this review in a few more weeks.

You cant tell much about the fading dark spots or scars at this point it will take time. It works well as a moisturizer, though I only used it in the spots I had the dark spots. It could have the potential to be oily depending on your skin type. But so far I like how it makes my face feel .
