I'm am an avid believer and user of supplements, but reviewing them is problematic, and my results may not be your results for these reasons:1) I am not a laboratory scientist, I do not play one on tv, nor do I know one, so who knows what’s exactly contained in them.2) It is difficult for consumers to see any actual difference in how you feel within a few days to a couple of weeks. Some supplements take as much as ninety days to see results.3) Even if we do notice a difference, we all take other meds or supplements that may affect our results one way or the other.4) We all have different physiologies, and are just different in so many ways (lifestyles etc). But we can hope for the best when we see others having positive actions going on, that are attributed to said supplements.So my personal non doctor opinion of my own results:Definitely helps with digestion issues

These Aspire probiotics have 12 strains of bacterium, which is four more than my normal probiotic. It has 13 billion live cells and my normal one has only 10 billion live cells. On the other hand my normal probiotic has two bacterium strains this one doesn't have. Of particular note is this Aspire brand has Saccharomyces Bolardii, which is a strain my doctor recommended I have in my probiotic to help prevent a reoccurrence of C-Diff. I was surprised to see this as I was under the impression there was only one probiotic on the market containing it. It also contains a small number of vitamins and minerals, in addition to a few enzymes to help aid in digestion.I've been taking this for the past two weeks instead of my normal probiotic. I've not noticed a significant change in my gut health. If anything the first week and a half I was using this brand it was slightly worse, but that could be a coincidence as my gut health can be erratic even with other probiotics. Or perhaps it could be due to the loss of the two strains of bacterium in my other daily probiotic I use. I'm not sure which, but it seems the past the few days it has leveled out and I'm back to normal.I was surprised at just how many more capsules you need to take, even though this has only 3 billion more live cells than my other brand per serving. This one is 3 capsules per day and my normal is only one capsule per day. I'm guessing this one is so much higher due to the addition of the the vitamins, minerals, and enzymes.It also appears to be very fresh. I received this at the end of March 2022 and it has an expiration date of 11/2023 stamped on the bottom.It is a pretty expensive. Compared to my normal daily probiotic it is more than twice the price and this only has enough for 60 days and my normal is good for 84 days. They aren't an exact comparison though. They do share 8 strains and both have very high numbers of live cells. Comparing this to Florastor the price is very similar and Florastor only has enough for 50 days. So not the worst value, but not the best either. It is a good value if you are taking it to help prevent a C-Diff reoccurrence when comparing it to Florastor as this has more strains and covers you for more days.

Both are good for tamper evidence and freshness preservation.Premium priced at about $60 at the time of our review. That's about $.33 per capsule or up to $2 per day per dose.

Sorry, after 3 doses our kid with ADHD got rashes all over his face and mouth area, still suffering from it, it takes a while to get rid of the eye itching and face redness and rashes.
