This is perfect for my needs. I clip the flange part at the appropriate height to my bed linens using 2 binder clips and just leave it there. Then I hook my overnight bag's clip through the loops.I do wish I could have bought just one.

The urinary bag should always be placed lower than the catheter or the penis if you will. Gravity is how this works. So if you're in a chair you would not hang the bag on the the back of the chair that would be higher than the penis so granny world prevent to get urine from going in the bag it would sit in the bladder n tubing thus more than likely causing a UTI. Same goes for hanging it on the headboard or footboard when in bed it would be higher than you know what. So if you choose to use these things think about good ol gravity when deciding where to hang or place the bag.
