Needs adjustments. It's ok for the price.
This was a warehouse item that was shipped with no padding, a broken off welded nut, no loops on the clips, no instructions. Amazon gave me a credit so I decided to try to fix it. The nozzle attachment with regulator spins around, I guess this is normal. The flame was way too hot initially - turned the diffuser pan red - adjusted this by closing the collar at the base of the burner. The piezo sparker is not strong enough to get the flame to light without filling the BBQ with propane - blew up once on me. I replaced this with a battery operated piezo with 2 leads. Lights easily now. The regulator does not adjust much. I think it will be a reasonable BBQ once we practice with it. I like the stainless box and that it latches (once I made hoops out of wire).

Impressive and solidly built stainless steel grill!
Very impressed with this all stainless steel grill. Easy to put together, and very sturdy. It gives a powerful flame, using a 1 lb. propane tank and on high, got the temperature to 600 degrees! I support the purchase of this solid and well constructed propane gas grill!

IGNITOR D.O.A.--REVIEW UPDATED :(
The ignitor will only intermittently spark, and when it does, it doesn't ignite the gas. I tried repositioning the electrode tip as shown in the troubleshooting diagram, but the way the unit is built, it can't be adjusted that way. Even when I manually held the tip in position and operated the ignitor, it still wouldn't light the gas. The manual says to call them for help, but the message says you have to get help via their website. (This could be because the office is closed due to COVID-19, so I'll give them a break). I've submitted a support request online, so I'll update this review once (if) I get a response and satisfactory resolution. In the meantime, not recommended. ***UPDATE: I called the customer service number in the manual only to get a recording saying support was only being offered at their website. Went there and had to enter a TON of info, including model # & serial # to register the grill FIRST, THEN was allowed to enter a request for service describing my problem, and had to submit it there as a message. NINE DAYS LATER AND STILL NO RESPONSE. I went back to the web site to see if I could follow up with my submitted request, I couldn't get back into the site. The site would not respond with my attempts to log in. So, DOA, just like the grill. I would NOT recommend this grill or the company that makes/distributes it. My experience has been entirely negative with the item AND the company support. I'm going to clean it up, and return it. Very disappointed. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS GRILL.

Great SMALL grill
Guys, I have bought many small grills ranging from electric, propane, to charcoal. So far I would rate this grill No. 1. Easy to assemble, easy to use, well built, and most important to me - it allows just enough flareup to give burgers, steaks, etc. that delicious open grill taste without burning. If you are looking to grill a turkey or feed twenty people, this is not the grill you want. This is a very portable, small grill that does a wonderful job. If the small propane bottles turn you off, you can buy an adapter hose that will connect the grill to your regular propane bottle. Does it have any drawbacks? I'm a clean freak and I find this grill to be a little difficult to fully clean. However, having said that, it is important to recognize that all grill work best when they are "seasoned".

Not up to Masterbuilt quality
We so wanted to love this little grill. We purchased as a replacement for a 10 year old WeberQ100. We have a wonderful, sturdy Masterbuilt smoker and figured this would be great. It is just 24 hours old, and it is sitting in a return to Amazon box. From the get-go, the grill is rather flimsy -- not what we were looking for with a small patio grill that is used frequently. (Although, this would probably be a great grill for tailgating or camping!) When putting the grill together and tightening up the igniter, my husband was shocked -- yes, literally electrically shocked !! We chalked it up to the igniter not being seated tightly with the grill body -- and once this was done, there were no shocks. Thank goodness we had the propane adapter and were able to get the grill up and running. We decided to grill two hamburger patties. Of note, there is a large air gap at the back of the grill...it gets hot and smoky. The grill worked great for actual grilling, but what a mess inside! And for just two hamburgers. The flame protector is only about an inch and a half to two inches from the grates - which means grease just builds up and burns. One good thing - this grill cools down very quickly after cooking -- which would be great for tailgating or camping. The under side of the lid became extremely discolored after grilling (yes, we did heat the grill to burn off any 'packing' residue), looking as if we had been cooking on it for months. The grill 'pan' under the burner was a perfect catch-all for grease, burned grease and also looked as if we had been cooking on it for months! We are conscientious Amazon customers and knew we were going to return this product so wanted to clean it up a bit before returning... Nope, no way. Being stainless steel, we didn't want to use anything that might scratch the finish, but we worked on the clean up for at least an hour...Still stained and burned. When my husband went to pack the grill back up, the igniter fell apart, leaving the wire and brass nut connected to the grill body. I hope that we just got a bad grill from the start... We are returning and will likely purchase another Weber which seems better suited to our needs.
