After oral surgery, my little 3lb Chihuahua couldn’t handle crunchy foods any longer. I fed her canned Merrick or Canidae - alternating between them. She eventually stopped liking them both. So.. I picked up a variety of options from the pet store, and these were the one’s she liked the best. I started ordering via Amazon because my local store only offered 1-2 flavors, purchased individually. I did have a couple issues with the seals being broken on some containers - which caused them to arrive spoiled and already reeking. I have no idea why that didn’t trigger anyone, along the way, to question that there was a problem with the contents, considering the stench. I also have no idea if it was a manufacturing or handling problem that caused the seals to break. Aside from that? This is a really good product, made by a good, reputable company. I receive no incentives or compensations for my reviews. A 4 star rating usually means I haven’t had or used an item long enough to evaluate its durability / longevity - that’s what gets my “5th star”.

When you have a pet who has a chicken allergy, this is perfect. Lamb chop meal is just that — lamb. Other brands might say lamb or beef but first ingredient is chicken. This is pure lamb!!

My dog had stopped eating other food and had digestive problems. This food contains lamb and he has not had vomiting like he had before.

We use this as additive to the dry food. Our pup won’t eat without it.

I purchased this product for my 10 year old Maltese. I needed a soft food without chicken as an ingredient (not easy to find). She enjoys Lil' Plates mixed in with her kibble, her sister (an Australian Shepherd) has loved "sharing" some with her as well. We are new to this product but are grateful that their is a company out their making grain free, gluten free, and chicken free products.

I was told to try this puppy food when my puppy was refusing to eat everything. He went from eating chicken to dog food and he wanted no part of it. This however, he liked and it was a game changer. I would highly recommend this brand.

I bought two cases one of them the lamb was gray looking I reached out to the seller who assured me that was normal but my dog got sick. The second case the lamb was not gray and he did not get sick. I only took one star off for that because I know Merrick is an excellent brand.

My gsd really likes these, we give them to him in-between giving him acana lamb for a little bit of change
