Hisense HDE3211BBUK 60cm Electric Cooker with Ceramic Hob-Black , A Rated Double Oven

Very nice cooker. Double oven comes in handy and can also be used as a grill. The grill tray is huge as it slides into the grooves on the sides for shelves. Hobs heat up fast and light indicates if hobs are hot after use until cool. Easy to fit. Easy to set up clock etc. Quiet when on. Easy to clean and wipe down. Good price.

I would not have bought this had I known its flaws. It was the built in Air Fryer and glass hob that drew me to it. Plus it looks pretty good. Here are the bad points first. 1/The fan on the oven is very noisy above 28db, and sometimes won't even turn off after trying to cook. Their engineer told me the noise is normal. 2/There are no heat indicators for oven temperature? Just took it for granted it would have had this feature. 3/Air fryer so far had been terrible for chips, leaving some cooked and others chewy. Very disappointed. 4/ The seals in the edge of the glass hob were done by someone in training or their robot has lost a bolt? 5/ Grill handle is not the best design and is potentially dangerous. 6/Wiring to the real hub is not easy as the unit is cheap and not well designed but does work once you get the clips to hold steady. Good points 1/The hob is the best thing about the oven. Comes on instantly and works well. 2/ It looks good if you want a black and white theme. Thats it basically and from what I can gather by other 1 star reviews people have had similar bad luck with this unit. If anyone else has that horrid fan noise please leave a review as I am not surew I believe the engineer.

This is a great oven! I bought two, another for a friend, we got £40 each off the price. I’ll say that it is quiet! Both ovens work as should and so does the grill, the hobs also work as they should and I’ve been happily cooking away since I got the cooker and installed it ( easy to do if you are a tradie ) myself and a length of the right electrical cable. It does look great in my kitchen, I just need to adjust the feet at the right height and level. Cooking times are as they should be, easy to clean as stated. Overall I’m very impressed despite my reservations with some reviews. You cannot beat the price for what we both got this cooker for too and with a two year warranty as well. Delivery was swift, smooth and super polite. If you are looking for a good cooker, this is it.

Bought this as a replacement cooker for the one we had go on us upon arrival soon realised that this although a good cooker soon started to show us that it was going to be a nightmare to install firstly had all the correct cabling and everything to go with it but when wiring it up you had to firstly make sure that the cable would bend and 10mm is not the easiest by any stretch of the imaginationeven if you are quite competent at wiring this is a challenge even when I had someone come out to do it they said it was a bad design although the cooker itself was very good within 15 mins he had it in and up and running which was a bonus and the electrictian didn't charge a rediculous among for the service so all was good when we came to use it we found the hobs are very quick to heat up and cook something just an example done an egg sarnie from turning the hob on to sitting down to eat it not 10 mins had passed so that was excellent to start each hob heats up just as quick and will easyily boil 1.5 LTRs of water in 6 to 7 mins I.e water for boiling potatoes/veg very quick compared to traditional gas which can take 20 mins so have to say quite impressive the job dials go round to no 6 which normally you just get an increasing scale that resembles an arrow they are very smooth and pricise well manufactured the top oven is a traditional which you can use in a number of ways top heat bottom heat or both have used the grill which seems slow but it does cook toast evenly and to a good colour the oven itself can be used if you don't want to use the main which we will come to in a bit it heats up as you would expect temp range from 60 degrees all the way up to 250 degrees and you have the added benefit of a light in there to help with seeing what is going on now for the main oven which is fan assisted this is quite good it does give the heat required but I do have an oven temp gauge and put this in and it does seem to be about 10 degrees out which although not bad is worth the mention as it could be critical if yo need food to cook at a certain temperature but I also have a lava stone which I put in my oven and this helps I use mine to cook pizza and bread which is fantastic but that's on another order which I did back to the cooker, the over all build quality is some what flimsy it does damage very easily so you will need to be careful with it but it is sturdy and will not tip too easy but it does come with the wall anchors should you wish to use them between the 2 ovens you do have 3 shelves which you can place where you want for your style of set-up over all the size of this item is good but if you have a galley kitchen please check the size before hand and make sure it will fit I would say that this is good value for money and probably better than some of the other brands but first impression is that it's going to be a good investment as time goes I will add to this review just to elaborate on how good or bad it is but so far it has a thumbs up from me

If you live in North of Scotland this was an impressive purchase. ordered on evening of 27th Dec and with us on morning of 31st Dec. fitted and tested by 13.00. At yime of purchase delivery was guaranteed on 31st. All the majors like Currys could not deliver before 1st week of january. what a time to be without a cooker! One minor niggle is the connection point is cheap plastic but no worries as long as you are careful. The cooker itself is good quality and does all you need it to do, Ceramic hob and fan oven at a very reasonable price. Delivery was super smooth with great communications from the delivery company. Very clear messaging much appreciated. Buy with confidence/

Literally the worst cooker buying and usage experience to date for me. Long story short great cooker when it works properly, but terrible if it does not. Hisense are also terrible for customer service so far with massive response times and badly translated replies. Day 1 of delivery of the FIRST cooker, total smashed up. Delivery drivers had dropped something on the ceramic top and failed to mention it. Contacted Amazon and got them to replace it after a lengthy argument with the customer support agent who refused to do anything at first. They gave us a full refund and told us to dispose of the broken cooker. 2nd attempt different courier service this time, the cooker arrived in perfect condition this time and delivered with care. Installed and running great, I was over the moon with it. 3 months later... One of the rings on the hob have stopped working. Contacted Hisense as its under warranty they send out an engineer 3 weeks later he arrives looks at the cooker does nothing writes some parts on a piece of paper and leaves, 2 weeks later he comes back take apart the cooker has no idea what he is doing puts it all back together and says its fixed and leaves. We go to use the hob to find out he has wired all the hobs in the wrong order so now the dials control different hobs and he had damaged the front display. Tried to contact the engineer he wont answer and blanks all messages so we contact head office for the engineer they rebook us in 1 week later. 1 week later 2nd engineer comes out fixes the first guys job but tells us that the first guy didn't repair anything and just moved the hob rings around and damaged the front display, he puts the cooker back together and like the first writes down the parts he needs to order and leaves handing us a receipt. 1 week later Hisense contact us via email... they cant get the replacement parts they are not in stock... Hisense, the people who make the cooker cant get the parts for their own cooker... they ask us if we want to proceed with a replacement/refund. We would like a replacement obviously we need the cooker we have a family to cook for. ANOTHER WEEK LATER they respond with a cryptic message that means nothing to me and I have had to ask them what are they talking about and what translation software are they using to contact customers because none of what the email said made sense. I just want a working cooker!

Very nice cooker ,just received this morning ,connected up in 10 minutes using 10 mm cable from previous cooker ,so all working well ,so happy chappy :)
