Return springs a bit flimsy but good otherwise

What looks like a great piece of innovation, is an ill-conceived and potentially dangerous flaw. The concept is a platform which requires less leverage to bear the weight of any cargo you’re moving. The idea is that you slide the platform/foot under the item to be moved, then using the central rear handle, tip the trolley backwards. Some sliding springs are meant to facilitate this “weightless” mode.In reality, the gauge of the springs is too thin. My washing machine, a £1600 Miele, weighs 98kg. The springs contorted and looked like they’d shoot out of the guide tubes. Not only did they contort, but they contorted unevenly, resulting in my washing machine almost paying a visit to the concrete. For Anything lighter, than a washing machine, this trolley is fine. However, it is billed as taking up to 300kg. I wouldn’t like to try this since I believe that this would fail probably around 150kg, if not earlier.This trolley is made of heavy duty galvanised steel. It’s very heavy, and a pain to assemble because the tolerances are so tight, or perhaps not to spec. Thus, you need a rubber mallet to coerce the back tubes into the lower tubes, despite use of Teflon lubricant. It has large diameter wheels enabling it to traverse rough terrain and steps. These are solid and well made.Overall, considering the trolley, in my opinion, cannot safely deal with 100kg, I don’t think it’s worth buying. I had heavier items to move, but these were not chanced. Additional manpower can easily supplant a set of wheels! I have returned this to Amazon, who as usual are brilliant. I cannot recommend this, and if you need to move anything over a 100kg, buy a traditional sack Barrow. This spring loaded one is at best a gimmick, at worst, an accident waiting to happen.

Purchased this to help my son move house. This ticks every box. There is nothing else like it. The good points.1. It fits in the boot of my car, removing the handles makes it about 3 foot long.2. The easy lift pivot. It is spring loaded on the axle. This event makes it effortless to move a load. My 12 year old grandson could use it.3. The tyres are solid , making it feel safe when you're on the move loaded with weight.I've had a few trucks over the years and this by far it the best one I have ever used.Bad points.Could not find any.This is a clever bit of kit.

Really sturdy as promised but had to be almost built from scratch. The instructions are sketchy and now we have a sack barrow that doesn’t wheel along easily … was a waste of time for us. Why can’t things just arrive ready for use?

You have to build it from scratch which is a nightmare !! Some parts don't fit !! (Axle and Slotted Nuts) therefore customers service were quick to respond and replace nevertheless start the build process again then found that the upper frame doesn't fit the lower frame .I'm so frustrated that have booked to go to the house waste recycling centre on 27/11/2022Such a shame because i was expecting the Zero Pro Hand Truck to be in one piece rather than to build from scratchOn a Positive note good customer servicse and the product appear to be very sturdy.

Great quality and supports weight really well and very sturdy.

The sack truck is very well constructed and is easy to manoeuvre. I would like to paint it at some point, but that’s just personal preference.
