The Author simply copies publications of the IRS codes or whatever authority he is citing and then he re- states it. He copies I believe very small so you can’t read it so that when he says the same thing that he is re stating from the publication you won’t recognize it! Don’t waste your money! This is a rip off misspellings throughout and vague restated publications through!!.
