Paige Tate & Co Grandpa's Story: A Memory and Keepsake Journal for My Family

This book is the best gift you can get for any grandfather. It provides a wonderful way to preserve family history and insights that might not come up in everyday conversation. By writing their life stories, grandfathers can create a cherished keepsake that will live on for generations, offering a personal glimpse into the past for their grandchildren and beyond. Highly recommend this heartfelt and meaningful gift!

The overall presentation and layout of pages is nice but some of the questions grandpa has to answer are not really (what I would consider to be) things of interest to grandchildren.ie. “The job that shaped me the most in life and why”, “the most romantic moment of my life” (whole page dedication), “How I’d describe raising our family”, “My favourite memory of raising our family”, “Up to this point, this is the most character defining event of my life”. Just to name a few. All questions would be given either a ½ page or a full page for answers which I found left a lot of empty space in the book.At the end of each section was another full page to write about anything you missed.I suppose it would be more suited to teenage grandkids but I had 5–10 year olds in mind.I will make it work by changing some of the questions to my own and adding photos on empty spaces. The last third of the book is just blank pages. Unless ‘Grandpa’ has lead an extraordinary life, you’ll have to find other ways to fill up the pages.

This product has unique questions that provide a lot of insight into the lives of grandparents. Lots of questions you wouldn’t think to ask! Highly recommend!
