Product 5/5: I work from home and use this product daily. I'm in my 40s, work a desk job, and train BJJ so my neck, shoulders, and back are often sore. This massager allows me to work without any issues and really helps work out a lot of soreness.Maintenance 5/5: After a year and a half of daily use for 30 minutes to 2 hours per day, one of the plastic parts broke. The product has a zipper that makes it easy to access the internals and the part that broke is held in place with a standard phillips screw. Once I got the replacement part, it took maybe 2 minutes to replace and have back to fully functional.Support 5/5: When the above part broke, I contacted customer support from their website. They replied almost immediately and asked for pictures of the product and broken piece. After I sent pictures, they mailed me 2 replacement parts for free. I wish all companies stood by their products like this.

I've only had this a few days but this massager is wonderful! It is powerful, and heats up pretty quickly. I purchased the rechargeable one so there are no cords hanging across the floor and I can use it anywhere. Well worth the money, highly recommend

The massaging mechanism is powerful and effective for lower back areas. Placed on one’s neck, the massagers are too wide and must be moved from the left to right side. The item is difficult to place in the upper back area. Very effective foot massaging capability.

While this product left me a little bruised the next day, this product helped get knots out of my shoulders, neck, lower, mid, and upper back. It lasts pretty long after charge, and also works while charging which is great because you can choose to use it pretty much whenever.Upon the arrival, the buttons for the Heat and Reverse were swapped. However, i was able to open up the product immediately and turn the control board around pretty easily. Overall the product is great and exceeded my expectations

I'm returning this item because it was painful on my back (even with extra sleeve) and after 3 days of using I almost felt bruised. I did like the size of it and how it ran on batteries.
