Very helpful
Helps greatly to calm anxiety and relax! I’m so happy I found these - love them. I take when I’m stressed and when I can’t sleep. I’m on my 4th bottle and acupuncturist approves. Love the ingredients - simple and effective. I don’t mind the taste at all but even if I did, it wouldn’t matter to me since I’m taking for the health benefit and not eating as candy! (No ashwa or reishi - looks like a typo in the description.)

Taste is unbareable
I love Gaia products and as a company, they are the best, but this tastes AWFUL. Sorry Gaia.

Definitely effective at bedtime, but not ashwagandha
I assume the product listing is for an older version of these gummies. Like other folks have said, these don’t contain ashwagandha — this is a pretty standard passionflower/lemon balm blend with some holy basil in there. That’s fine. They do what they need to do and they do it well: these are nice calming gummies, a little better than usual at their job, and they certainly help with sleep if you respond to any of these botanical extracts. But they’re expensive for what you’re getting, so they probably fit best if you only need very occasional help. They kind of taste like someone made fruit snacks “for grownups,” which should keep kids from gobbling down the whole bottle but will be a little surprising at first taste. If you like your tea unsweetened or your wine dry, you should get on with these.

A Unique, Organic Approach to Stress Support
I tend to be a fan of Gaia branded products. These Organic Relax Gummies arrived very nicely packaged in a glass jar containing 45 plant-powered gummies that are vegan, made with real fruit, contain no artificial sweeteners, and are gluten free. They are certified USDA Organic. The recommended dosage is three gummies daily as needed. If taken as recommended, that means you've got about a 2-week supply in each jar. However, I'm fairly certain the idea is that you won't necessarily "need" them daily.I initially tried the recommended dose, however, I found it made me more drowsy than actually doing anything in terms of stress relief. I reduced my dosage to one daily and have found it does sort of promote my functioning at a more even-keel. I work in a government setting and it can get mighty stressful. If I take the one on the way to work, I am finding I tend to be a bit calmer. These contain Passionflower, Holy Basil, and Lemon Balm and are sweetened with apple and blueberry along with a lemon flavoring. It's a weird combination with a definite texture similar to most gummies. I wouldn't say I'm a fan of the flavor, though I've definitely tasted worse.Generally, I am finding that these do help. However, I'm not necessarily seeing them as something that I need. I would likely use them on particularly high-stress days, but I don't picture them becoming a part of my regular wellness regimen. However, for those seeking an alternative for stress that is more natural this is definitely a solid alternative to try. I suppose I'd say this is good but not great. This is also a pretty reasonable value for an organic product and with the relatively small bottle it's a decent way of trying it out to see how it works without making a major investment.Indeed, this is a unique, organic approach to stress support that may not sway any newcomers toward more organic products but will likely please those who already lean the organic direction.

It really hasn't worked for me
The flavor taste like your chewing and herbal pill but its a gummy. So if it worked I would eat with no hesitation. But no luck for me on this.

These do not taste good. :/
I ordered all 3 of these brand gummies and cannot tolerate the taste. It is bitter and leaves a funny aftertaste no matter which flavor/type I tried. Unfortunately I cannot recommend them.

Not a fan of the flavor.
i'm usually a big fan of Gaia brand products, but i'm not a fan of the flavor on these. My family members all tried one and we could not quite place the flavor. i thought it tastes very strongly of cola, my daughter said it reminded her of black licorice and my son tasted cola and molasses. Very strange because the ingredients list mostly apple juice and blueberry.i'm also confused that the product is listed as having Ashwagandha and Reishi in it, but i couldn't find anything on the bottle saying those ingredients are present. The active ingredients listed are Passionflower, Lemon balm and Holy Basil.i've been taking these for a while and haven't noticed a hug difference in my stress level, but this type of product often takes a while before you notice a real difference. i am a little disappointed as i thought these contained ashwagandha and reishi.
