I love this Vitamin C serum! I have tried several and this one is one of the strongest but does not irritate my sensitive skin. Since it is concentrated a little goes a long way so it is also cost effective.

So far, so good. Haven’t seen immediate improvement, but it’s not like it’s Botox here. The serum is very liquidity, almost like water. Difficult to put on your fingertips for application. Not thrilled with the leaky top however. You’d think for the price, the packaging would be more efficient.****UPDATE*****I wasn’t applying the product properly. These tip helped me tremendously and made a huge difference in the effectiveness of the product.• wash face• splash/soak face with warm water• apply product whole face is still wet- it helps it to absorb better into skin.• massage product into skin, until fully absorbed.• follow up with normal skin care routine (ie, moisturizers, etc)• remember to use SPF after applying, as vitamin C leaves skin more susceptible to sun damage, causing you to burn more easily.

I've been using MyChelle Vit C Serum for years at both 17% and only once at 25%' just to see what differences would occur- The 17% is perfect for me, with older skin- the 25% would be great for oily skin or for someone in their 20's, 30's, even 40's.As I said, I've been using the 17% for years and ALWAYS get compliments on my skin. I've got good genes, but we all need all great products to keep things great. I love their new lotions, both the Vit C and the Hyluronic, and apply after the serum has dried.Try these products; you'll like them. This review is for the Perfect C Pro serum. I ordered it hoping to work it into my skincare routine once I start microneedling. As soon as it arrived I tried it out on the back of my hand. First impression - this stuff is watery. It squirts out with enough force that it could splash out and about, and if you put it on the back of your hand it will just drip off (unless you have flat hands and keep them flat). I figured that’s not the end of the world, maybe a watery serum is a good thing because a smaller amount of product might spread farther. Eh, it might, but it’s difficult to say for sure, because it doesn’t take long for this serum to dry - not absorb - on your skin, at which point it becomes VERY sticky. Like gross feeling sticky. Maybe I’m lucky, because I have never dealt with this in a skincare product before. I kind of left it for a bit hoping it would maybe just “keep drying” until it wasn’t sticky anymore, but nope. It just stays there, being sticky. I don’t even know what to compare it to… like if someone made sweet tea that was WAY too sweet - like fully saturated with sugar until it couldn’t dissolve anymore added sugar - and you used that liquid as a serum on your skin. Just imagine how that liquid would dry on your skin and that’s what you get with this. The smell is fine. It’s orangey. But I cannot get past how sticky this stuff is. I don’t know if other people using this are just cool with sticky skin or what. I wish I could review the actual effects this serum has on my skin, other than immediate affect it has on the texture. I hate that I bought this. I’m going to try to force myself to use it up because it was expensive, but I will curse the gods with every squirt of this stuff. And I **cannot wait** until the day comes when I can throw this in the trash and look for something better.In summary, if you like sticky skin, this product may be for you. If not, I’d look elsewhere.

I've suffered with acne for around 8 years and finally managed to clear up recently thanks to antibiotics and prescription retinol. I've tried other very expensive serums (Lancome, etc) and other vitamin C serums from various brands. I didn't see much of a difference on my skin at all; I thought vitamin C just wasn't for me. I have scarring and uneven skin. I decided to try a sample of MyChelle's 17% serum from the store I work at and I saw my skin overall look better in about 5 days. Less redness and oilyness. I decided to then buy the 25%.My skin is luminous and looks healthier now. I've only been using it a month! I've been getting compliments on my skin as opposed to before. Feels good to find a product that actually does what it claims. It has also been helping my dark circles under my eyes a bit but I don't put too much in that area because it's sensitive.I was using it twice a day but you shouldn't mix retinol and vitamin C because they contradict each other. It caused me to get a few breakouts. I only use this after my day routine now. Retinol at night. My skin is better now and radiant. I store this in the fridge along with my retinol.Like others have mentioned, the pump isn't great. I deducted a star due to this. Vitamin C is very frail, hence why I store in the fridge. I'm wondering if they could perhaps get a better dispenser while keeping the product effective. The pump gets hard sometimes but I've managed to get the appropriate dose so far.I definitely recommend giving this a shot if you can afford it and deal with redness, extra oil, and dull skin. I've never been happier with my skin and it's improving every week now.

My aesthetician recommended this to help fade my malasma and it WORKS! Nothing else that I've tried works but the components in this cream do work. The scent is what I'd call brown sugar and I don't like it but it fades quickly. I still use my moisturizer on top.

I have been using this product for over 7 years and absolutely love it! In fact, this entire line of face care products are exceptional. My skin has looked its best because of using this line of face care and especially this serum. I am 65 years old and many people comment on how nice my skin looks. I also use the face creams, cleansers and the Fruit Enzyme Hydrating mist daily which makes my skin actually glow.
