I love it, It relieves scalp itching. I don't know about relieving itching due to dirty scalp. I love the applicator tip. You can really reach your scalp when spraying. I mixed some essential oils in mine and it works amazing. Really moisturizes my scalp without the build up. It will sting on sore skin when in contact. The last time I used it I just had a new cornrow done and it was held to tight, causing itching in some areas, so when I applied it, the areas where I had been itching continuously, stung just a little.
