From before pregnancy until now!
I’ve been using Nature’s Truth Prenatal Vitamins with Folic Acid for a long time — before pregnancy, during pregnancy, after delivery, and I’m still using them now — and I genuinely love them. These vitamins are non-GMO and gluten-free, which was important to me, and they’ve been gentle on my system throughout all stages. I feel great taking them daily, and they’ve definitely helped support my overall health and energy levels. One thing I didn’t expect was how much they helped my nails — they’ve become noticeably healthier, stronger, and less prone to breaking, which has been a pleasant bonus. I also appreciate that the capsules are easy to take and don’t upset my stomach. Overall, this has been a really great prenatal supplement for me, and I’ll continue taking it even after pregnancy. Highly recommend if you’re looking for reliable daily support! And the price is also very fair!

No Taste or Smell!
The price of these was really good and they work really well! They don’t have a taste or smell like some pills do so that’s my favorite part. I highly recommend these prenatals!

Worth it!!
I absolutely love these, the gummy types are nice but sometimes fall short of everything you need and these have everything besides the omega 3's. Plus their price is very worthwhile. The capsule is a bit big but easy to take. I started taking these less than 2 months ago, now pregnant, and I feel like these might be a big factor as to why. Overall, I'd highly recommend

It’s a big vitamin but it hasn’t broke me out. It’s easy to swallow with water. It have every vitamin a mother and baby needs for the body. You could even take this after you give birth. I recommend this vitamin.

Their vitamins
Showed them to my obgyn and she said they were absolutely what I needed. They do have a fishy aftertaste but throw them in the fridge and it helps. Their big enough to where their scary but with something to drink there's no problem. They didn't give me any kind of stomach issues either.

High Quality without artificial ingredients
I'm happy to purchase a prenatal vitamin that is free of anything artificial, especially fillers. It's worth paying a bit more. I've purchased this brand twice now. I'm not pregnant, but was low on certain vitamins. My PCP recommended taking a prenatal. I do notice a difference in energy levels.
