I have a mop similar to this one and bought this for my sister. It's very good, sturdy and works well. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is the pads are just big enough to reach the ends of the mop, and as it's metal there's nothing to protect the walls and edges of things when mopping. The one I have at home has pads that are about an inch larger than the mop head which makes it a much easier mop, as you don't have to pay as close attention to where you are mopping.That said, I LOVE microfiber mops, especially these sort, that don't have the traditional string mop head. They work so much better than any other mops I've ever used. In addition to cleaning faster and more thoroughly, you can put your foot on the top of this mop and use your leg to scrub off tougher spots. Other than steam cleaning, this is by far and away the best method for the cleanest floors.

I hate housework. Really hate it. I especially hate doing housework with tools which fail to deliver on their advertised promises Swiffers that break within a month or two. Chemicals which are bad for the environment and do little to make the work easier. This Floor Cleaning System is amazing. The handle is sturdy and flattens close enough to the floor to slide easily under the kitchen island, living room furniture, beds, etc.I worried that I would forget which of the microfiber pads were to be used for which function: picking up pet hair, dry clean and wet clean. So I used a Sharpie to label the non-working side of the pad with the function of that specific pad - problem solved. The pads stick like glue to the pad plate on the handle. No elastic, no pockets to fumble with.The pet hair pad is great at it's job. We have three cats who leave tumbleweeds of used fur on our tile and hardwood floors. The brush that is provided cleans the pad in second and it attaches to the handle so I don't have to search my cleaning closet.

This mop is a must have in my book. I was skeptical considering that when i bought the mop, there was only 7 reviews. The price was also too good to be true since there is another mop that has over 1000 reviews and priced at $40. Obviously, I gave it a shot and I am glad I did. The handle is sturdy and doesnt feel cheap. The foam cushion durable, good to the touch, and durable. The telescoping pole uses a lever locking mechanism which definitely keeps the pole in the length desired and hasn't moved while Ive been using the mop. The mop itself is metal not cheap plastic and the velcro keeps pads in place. I also love that they included 3 pads and a cleaning brush.In the end, I would definitely recommend the mop. I dont have a cons about this mop.

I came across this commercial microfiber mop it's looked good in the picture and most of all the price was right. I got more then I expected it comes with 3 microfiber mop pads. There's a green one that has this special feature to pick up hair which was convenient do too my dog sheds a lot. The other two pads are for hard stains and wet or dry cleaning. It also comes with this little tan tool that I didn't know what it was for at first but commonsense kicked in and noticed it scraps the floor and cleans the dirt pads with out taking them off. The mop itself is so maneuverable that it took me literally 5 mins to clean my whole house which made my wife very happy. I would definitely recommend this product !!!!

This mop is awesome!!!It comes with 3 microfiber mop pads. Green one has this special feature to pick up hair!!! I have a dog so its a first time in my life that I cleaned the floors of my house so fast!!! Another pad is for hard stains and dirt that is really stuck to the floor and the third one is for both wet and dry cleaning. Also comes with a multifunctional scraper which is very handy to scrape the floor and to clean the dirt pads without taking them of the mop which saves a lot of time. The mop itself is so maneuverable that it took me literaly 5 mins to clean my whole house!!! Also the design is very stylish.Definitely recommend this product!!!

So far so good ... only used the green cloth to dust my hardwood floors and it was excellent...picked up dust and hair and kept on the cloth until I cleaned it with the tool that came with the package. Haven't tried the other cloths yet but plan to polish my floors and use the striped cloth. One suggestion it would be helpful to designate which cloth works for which application on the box it comes in or include a flyer. I went back to the Amazon website to find out which was which. Fully expect this will be a really helpful tool.

The handle is great! It's long and adjustable and not made of plastic like so many others. Unfortunately, the mop heads don't work like normal microfiber does. I've owned other microfiber dust mops and they were great picking up dust and pet hair. Tried the mop head that is supposed to be designed to pick up hair and it barely touched dust, let alone hair. I could see dog hair on my hardwood floors and as I moved the mop across the floor, it just moved the hair along. None of it stuck to the mop head. Maybe different pads by a different manufacturer would work better. Very unfortunate. Felt like it was a total waste of energy. Floor was no cleaner after I finished than it was when I began.

I loved using this mop. Great product. Used it happily for about6 months. Until the one plastic piece that holds the head on broke :( I messaged the seller but never received a reply on if the piece can be replaced.
