This is hands down the best oil I have had so far, and for various reasons. Not only can it be used for cooking, it works beautifully for baking, skin care, hair care and salad dressing. It cannot get more versatile than this. With regards to health, one of the major things we look past is our fat source, most households are accustomed to using refined oil that it never crosses their minds to change them, or how they fit in the macros. And that sector should never be compromised as it plays a vital role, much like protein and carbohydrates. This particular brand, might be a little expensive, but it is an investment. You will require 20-30ml of it per day anyway. So it should last you a long time, the best part is that it comes in three different sizes and you can start with the 250ml one to try. They also have a spray can which is apt if you’re someone who makes things on the go. Coming to the taste, it has a buttery taste, which amps up most dishes, even Indian food. It does not have a distinctive smell, so that’s a big thumbs up from my side. To conclude, try it once, and you will not go back. Trust me on it.

i am great into fats. why more fats? because it keeps you shiny and slim :) my first experience with avocado oil was with some brand from new zealand... that was way expensive at nearly ₹4000 per litre but was tasty and super green in color. i eat only one paratha at time and i soak it inside out in as much fat as possible. yes, during dough making i add oil and then while making paratha i take shortcut to karela style that is i puncher it as much as possible criss cross style allowing it to soak as much oil as possible. what i end up is shortcut karela style paratha. it’s little brittle but taste is awesome. i had great hope from this oil.... first, i couldn’t see any information about who has certified it. then african source didn’t give me much hope either.... but despite that i gave it a try. mind that i already know that omelettes don’t gel well with avocado oil and i spend a fortune on sourcing eggs from free range hen. i was still hopeful of salvaging it using only paratha. and no, i don’t cook any vegetables because i don’t trust vegs as well. they have tons of oxalis acid so i am sure it’s not human food... human food? if you cannot eat it raw then it’s not human food. paratha then? yes, i am aware that wheat or any grain or pulses are not human food. that’s why only one paratha at a time and max two per day. I wanted to switch to avacado oil for vitamin E content that is hard to find in nature. olive oil and mustard oil doesn’t have it. almond oil has it but we cannot cook. so coming to this oil.... didn’t taste bad but didn’t taste good either. maybe i got a bad batch but there was no information whether this is small batch product so i presume it is another “hit and run” product launch. to my surprise it fared worst than regular mexican big brand oil... but none came anywhere close to the new zealand one. for now i am going back to a2 (i know it is another hit and run) ghee. i don’t trust a2 except that they are small batch and that way i can get some good ones. yes, even for a2 i had to try 3 different brand (too much hit and run brands these days) and i found good one and ironically they are priced not so high at ₹1800/l. i had tried even at ₹2800/kg and was pathetic. another one at ₹1100/kg was good but not available online. plus good old olive oil and mustard oil. mind that mustard oil is only indian oil having omega 3 but being a seed (non human food) it should not be take raw in large quantity. though i still love making sardine “chokha” in mustard oil where oil is raw. and yes, if you wonder whether to eat egg white or yellow then it must be yellow only. egg whites is ok with yellow but if taken alone then it will make skin bad. just wanted to mention this to show my fundaes that’s far better that crappy fda guidelines.
