This is a tale of an extraordinary foamer and even more extraordinary customer service. First - the foaming. I've had a number of Nespresso Foamaccinos in different countries. For some reason, it foams up some milks, others not. I've tested theories as to why (it often seems like organic wouldn't foam, which makes no sense, but anyway) - suffice it so say foamless milk from a frother is sad. This foamer, however, has never failed to froth a milk, fresh or old, organic or not. And it has super foam and medium foam (as well as cold foam). So bottom line - it's inexpensive and works great.But, if like me, you appreciate award-winning customer service, read on. I lost the electric base of the foamer - (100% our fault) and tried to buy a replacement. But base-only was not for sale - except for used on E-bay for basically the price of a new one (makes no sense). So on a lark, because I honestly did NOT even expect a reply in this mostly customer service free world - I sent an email. What followed was a beautiful dialogue about the foamer, my wish to BUY a replacement base, and... They sent me a NEW base for free.Now I'm sure I (or they) can't promise to do that. But finding an awesome product backed by a responsive company is about as good as it gets in the cold world of on-line shopping.

Oh my goodness, I did not know I needed this! This is the best frother I've ever had and I will NOT go back to those cheap little handhelds ever again. Perfect foam every time. Great for lattes and cappucinos at home. Can also make hot cocoa extra decadent. Makes cold foam as well. Recommending to all of my friends!

Edited with update: after posting a negative review (below) the company reached out to me to rectify the situation by either offering to replace my frother or send me a gift card. They were patient in waiting for my responses, and willing to work with me.I LOVED this frother for the two months it lasted! I didn't think the cold foam held up very well but loved the option of hot, dense foam or light, airy foam. I used it for hot chocolate once as well and thought it worked great. Cue to today, it beeped as usual when I plugged it in but when I went to press a button, nothing happened. I made sure the bottom was dry, I tried two different outlets and checked that the kitchen outlet was still working, to no avail. I can't even get it to beep and light up anymore! I did everything it said to online and continue to try to get it to work but am coming up empty. I will search for a longer lasting frother in the future but I am bummed this one was such a let down.

Update: I am changing my star rating to 4 stars because of my EXCELLENT experience with the company's customer service dept, who promptly answered my email over the weekend and ultimately gave me a full refund after asking for a short video demonstrating the issue. I will be buying another one as I believe this one could've been defective because when it worked, it produced perfect, thick foam for cappuccinos and airy, light foam for lattes (not to mention the sleek design). I will update my review here after another 3 months if this new one stops working.Bought in Jan, stopped working in March. Heats milk but stops frothing it, so just comes out as hot milk. Tried steps in troubleshooting but they don't work (unplug/plug back in). Don't buy this!

This thing is great! Heats up my creamer, froths my creamer thin or thick. It just upped my coffee snobbery to another level. Wife loves it also and I scored extra thoughtful husband points by shipping a unit to our daughters house before my wife arrived for a visit💥 Win, win all around.

This is probably the best frother I've purchased. Kept purchasing a different brand and it would end up breaking after a few months. Maybe water from rinsing impacted the bottom - but the inside of the frother always gets gross so it has to be washed. I haven't had this one long enough to know if it will give out too, but the quality and settings are far superior.

I love this product…I had a problem with the 2nd one I bought. I left a negative review on Amazon. Bizewo contacted me because of it and gave me a full refund without my asking.

Works great at heating my milk. Keeps my coffee warmer longer. Wish I bought it sooner.
