Very disappointing.
After paying 13 dollars for this bar, I was disappointed to see the grey cast. It had not been stored properly. I will not order this product from Amazon again.

Creamy, complex
Like all Bonnat chocolate this bar has that rich, creamy texture that comes from added cocoa fat. I don't usually prefer fruity notes in my chocolate but this bar is an exception. It doesn't have any of the astringency that can come with fruity flavors. It starts out almost nutty, with lingering creamy stone fruit. In case you can't tell, I love this bar.

Nothing unique
Not sure what I was expecting, but something special in taste or texture. This bar was O.K., but in a blind taste test, it tasted exactly the same as the $4.00 dark chocolate bars I buy in various U.S. or British brands.
