These claws work great for tearing apart pulled pork, much easier than using forks. They dig into the meat and allow me to separate it into small chunks. They seem durable. I like the way they fasten together for storage, keeping the points mostly covered for safety in the drawer. They wash easily. They would also be useful for lifting roasted turkeys out of the roasting pan onto a platter for slicing. They're a special purpose item, maybe most people wouldn't use them very often, but they take up little space and aren't very expensive, so they're worth having.

Use to shred! Not a lot say about using them; they work exactly as expected. Use to shred or pull meat; very sharp; good grip; almost takes the work out of it, makes pulling pork fun/easy. Shred factor is high! No issues with using while the meat is still hot, I just wear cotton gloves under my rubber gloves.

Better half says they're great to use, goes through frozen pork smoothly. However, the way they hold together was a bit to clean. apparently, there's a groove that gets plugged with gunk. Overall, I could buy another set.
