The media could not be loaded. We bought 2x for our employee lunch program at work, and they have been fire!Really saving serious 💲 on chafing fuel, too

Does not stay warm
Looks pretty but does not keep food warm. continuously on and off but won't maintain steady temp. Used side by side with another brand, no comparison. Power cord does not disconnect so you need to feed it through stand to empty water. Not ideal

Very nice buffet warmer.
Very happy with the unit, it is a very attractive addition to your serving area. Your food stays nice warm and with the water vapour from the base tray your food stays nice and moist for hours.

Not the one shown in picture
Control looks cheap,it is scratched and the glass is chipped on the corner,it has a different handle and no knob on top of glass ,and legs are different.It does work so far. ,but there were no instructions on how much water to put in,Very disappointed.I feel like I was given a used one for the price of a new one.
