Light weight easy to use flip phone
Easy to set up and easy to use. Miminum amount of features but has a fairly decent camera. Large keys for easy operation.

Service rep says it is tops in line
I went to Verizon Mission SF this afternoon, and they advised that this product is not compatible with their service. However, took it to Verizon Market St SF store and they connected it in 2 minutes. Said it was top of line. Works just fine!

Best flip phone ever
My husband will only use a flip phone and when we went to his wireless carrier to activate it, the techs couldn't wait to find out where we got it. They said it is an excellent phone. Bright, clear, easy to use, long battery life. If a smart phone is not for you, you need to get this phone!

Decent phone
Acts weird when going to recent calls. It doesn't start at the last call. Other then that quirk, it's a great phone.
