[FATAL FLAW... SEE UPDATE]I am going to make this review as fair as possible... If you own this case also, and you feel any part of this review seems unfair, please leave a comment.I always love buying cheap products from unknown brands with no reviews, so having the LG V20... well... I wouldn't say I didn't hesitate in the process of buying this, I actually came up to the payment screen and hit the X button 3 times before actually finally going through with the purchase. The shipping cost a little bit more than the actual case, which the case itself cost me $5.95 due to the special release pricing, and the shipping was $6.07, so 12 cents higher than the actual product, I'm going to hold this against UPS, not UniqArmor. Given that a lot of cases range anywhere from 9.99 to as high as 25, and some ultra rugged cases costing a whopping $50 or more, a final total of $12.02 is not too bad a price, considering the case this one replace cost me $23.59 at the verizon store.This Cellular Adapting Security Enhancement (C.A.S.E.) arrive 2 days early, so nice speedy shipping. It arrive in a bubble padded envelope, and the actual case was packaged in a neat reusable, resealable waterproof looking bag. I will not be testing the hypothesized water proofness of said bag, but I will say that if I were ever on a boat, and it was in the process of sinking, i would choose it over nothing, as the case is not waterproof. The bag does make a hard to use the volume buttons, but the bag is not the main product of reviewThis case does have a nice feel and texture to it, although, with the brand name just silk screened to the back, it does kind of make it look like a generic looking case, with the brand silk screened to the back, which I'm pretty sure it is, which I quite possibly may be wrong. Being this an initial release, and the fact this brand looks like relatively new and upcoming brand, they may be experimenting a little to see what sticks, and when doing experiments, you don't really want to put out a whole lot into the wind, only to wind up with a failed product. This case does appear to be unique, as the brand would suggest, "UniqArmor"... see next paragraphNow that I am done bashing, it's time for the good. The first thing that drew me to this was the name "UniqArmor", a lot with the fact this looks like a new and upcoming brand. With this case, like i said, has a few unique things I have noticed. With my other cases, the buttons for the volume controls have always been molded with the case, this one goes a step further. The buttons have been cut out, and silver inserts go into the created holes, as pictured, and really makes the case look truly like part of my phone. My phone is silver, this helped out quite a lot, like, I'm actually glad I didn't get the titan (LG's version of brushed steel). The black and silver scheme really goes well together. I didn't think I would like the texture after further examination of the images after purchasing. With other cases, the button opening was quite deep, pushing the button on the back felt like sticking my finger in a hole and made it a little difficult to do. The opening on this case however, is quite shallow, and has a concave that helps reducing the difficulty of using that button. The overall bulk of the case is cut back compare to my previous cases, I'm not sure how well it will perform on falls 3+ feet, but next time I unintentionally drop my phone, I'll update, the others held up well, but they were bulky, which helped with that, this one is a little less beef and a little more sleek.Overall, had I payed $31.95 that had been marked out due to special release pricing, I would rate this 4 stars, if I had even bought it. Pricing that will still have me giving it 5 stars lands at $19.99... $24.99 max. I am very happy Amazon made this a generally available item, as before it was only an add-on item, and to get it, I needed to spend an extra $25, which I wasn't ready to do yet. I am thoroughly satisfied with this case, and make UniqArmor my go-to brand when it comes to cases and other phone related products, should they release something more than cases.UPDATE: 12-20-2016I plugged in the charger to my phone only to quickly find out that the USB-C cut-out is much too small for the OEM charging cable to fit, and it isn't one of those things where it's a "snug fit", it's actually only just large enough for the metal sleeve to fit... for visualization, imagine if you will, trying to fit a square peg through a round hole. I am removing 1 star for this due to the fact that I now need to purchase a new cable, and hope it's small enough to fit through the cut-out. I would have been highly disappointed had I payed full retail price, but again, since I purchased this at special launch pricing, I am still overall satisfied, although it is quite inconveniencing to have to remove the case every time I need to charge my phone, which is every night, and it is now vulnerable to outside forces, such as a cat, pulling the cable, causing the phone to fall, and hit the edge of something, causing it to dent or break.

Since it is sooooo important to ya'll.....We really do love our new cases. I got one and my husband got one and he doesn't like anything new, but he loves his new case! Thanks! Now I'm going to need a push up, a hug and a shot of tequila!!!

Not only is the product easy to install and is awesome on the phone, I enjoy the request to leave a review more than I've ever enjoyed a request to leave a review. Whomever wrote it deserves a raise because that's why I'm leaving one.
