So happy to find these! In midst of FODMAP challenging and realizing what doesn’t work and what does for my body (after many years). These are so helpful when I eat out and don’t know exactly what is in a dish. They allow me to expand my food when cooking for my family to cheat a little. I use them two or three times a week and am so happy to find them.

This has been the product most helpful for me for FODMAP foods. You take it before you eat the FODMAP items.

Disappointed that this didn't help with food I ate. I so looked forward to eating more than the formap diet.

I have had ibs for years. I was always fearing food. Couldn't eat normal foods like garlic and onion for example. Tried a more expensive version and found this product. Much less cost wise and get more product. It really really takes the stress of eating and being around other people. Had to know where the bathroom s were all the time. Thank you

This stuff is amazing!!! Ive tried so many enzymes. I can eat like a normal person now!! They are too expensive though.

But then again, not as expensive as Fodmate. Maybe it’s just me, but despite Fodmate costing almost double this product, it simply works. I’m sure if it’s how the active ingredients get mixed, or how they’re handled, or how they’re sourced. Because the quantity is practically the same, but the end results are not. This one sometimes work, and sometimes does not. And reliability is the only thing you need to weigh when it comes to physical discomfort and pain.

This product does NOT help digest lactose or fructans, as evidenced by my 12-hour “bathroom adventure” that kept me up all night after eating 1 small ice cream cone. No one else was ill from same food. This was the last straw after numerous episodes of this product not working. I guess the low price was too good to be true. I’ll go back to paying more for Fodmate or Fodzyme, which actually work.
