She likened it to her own award winning chili, but with the added benefit of the sweet potatoes which she never thought of; and for dessert the cookies were on point - soft, moist and incredibly delicious. I'm rambling on here and I can continue but here's the deal -- GET THIS BOOK! Or get the audio version; it doesn't matter, just get the knowledge that's in this creation into your mind and into your life and you won't be disappointed. Yes I'm a Morelli fan; yes, I'm a carb lover and yes, I am now a Sweet Potato Head!

Love me some sweet potatoes and carb cycling
I literally could not wait to get this book. I follow Michael on snap chat and love his snaps and motivational talks. I was seeing news about this book for a while and I pre -ordered it. I was counting the days to get it.I literally read the entire book front to back in 1 day.It is very well written and you can see the passion this man has about sweet potatoes and the health benefits. Michael seems to know about health and the recipes in the book all look incredible. I will update my review once I try some of the recipes.I of course went out and bought a bag of organic sweet potatoes and threw them in the oven and couldn't wait to get started on this health journey.I have always lived my life fearing carbs.I am happy to know I can enjoy them without gaining weight.I highly recommend this book. Also, I would suggest following this man on snap. He is nice to look at as well. Has great knowledge about health.5 stars!!

One Hot [Sweet] Potato! BUY THIS IMMEDIATELY!!!
I am obsessed with this book!!During my college athletic career I became fascinated with nutrition and how it goes hand in hand with training. I'm an avid meal planner/prepper and gym go-er, that has been following @morellifit on social media platforms for years. So I cannot begin to tell you how excited I was for this book!I love how this book outlines nutrition terms and best habits in the most straight-forward way. It cuts through all the BS about fad dieting and jumps into setting yourself up for success with an achievable lifestyle change It is a breath of fresh air reading this book and relating to Michael Morelli's story in one way or another. The feeling of sincerity while reading is overwhelming and you genuinely are like 'Yes, Michael is my coach.' The Sweet Potato Diet is a lifestyle that is achievable through substitutions, self awareness, and action.This book is anti-gimmick and holds extreme weight in credibility. I'm recommending this to everyone that will hear me and anyone that is truly interested in bettering their health/well-being.

Did anyone edit this Book?????
I am changing my review since Michael was nice enough to add the recipe corrections (see below) Other than that issue, I think this is a good book so I am changing my 2 stars to 4 stars. I was very excited to read about this book and to order and recieve it. My issue is that the author apparently did not have anyone edit the recipes. Here are a few of the recipes I have issues with: Crushed Sweet Potatoes - says bake 15 mins but never gives a temperature. Sweet Potato Breakfast Hash says add sweet potato and onion to skillet but there is no mention of onions in the recipe. Cauliflower & Bacon Soup has no cauliflower or bacon in the ingredient list. I haven't checked other recipes to see if there are other errors but these are just a few of the recipes I was going to try and found errors. I am hoping on his website that the author sends out recipe corrections after having someone edit the recipes Until then, I am concerned with all the errors, how valid is the diet itself??!! I am going to try it cause it is an exciting concept but please, please update the recipes and post corrections for those who already purchased copies of the book. I am volunteering to edit any future books you publish!! I will also update with any weightloss I have!!!!

An investment in my health and wellness...
I trusted Michael Morelli Jr. with my health and wellness goals over 17 months ago and he has never failed me. His genuine love, compassion and investment in others success is what fuels him every day. The hard work and love that he put into writing this book is evident by the content it contains. Thank you to Michael’s philosophy on clean eating and eating to support your wellness goals, I know that I will never have to suffer through another “diet” plan again. I enjoy my many meals each day and I have learned how to be an amazing cook!! Knowing what to eat and how much to eat has never been so easy. Now I know what it feels like to use food as fuel to help me to be my best every day. Sweet potatoes have changed my life and have helped me to destroy cravings for less nutritious carbs. Thank you Michael for investing in me!
