This thing is amazing. I seriously love the colors and feel of it. It is helping me stop chewing my fingernails and picking the skin around my fingernails. I'm so happy to have discovered such an awesome tool. :) I also love that it's quieter than other fidget toys and has cooler buttons/knobs.

This is cool and when I use it I find myself focusing in a relaxing way and also taking smoother deep breaths. I think it is beneficial in a time of need when there is anxiety to be addressed. This is big enough to fit in the open palm of my hand-its not the keychain size. Its got some nice options and the longer I use it the more ways I come up with the fiddle with it.

Perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. A lot larger than I expected (post-it notes pictured for scale) but this is a huge plus.
