Grows well
Almost all the seeds grow, minimal duds and they taste great! Only need a small amount to grow a whole jar. Lasts a very long time.

Quality Seeds
I have purchased many types of sprouting seeds from Sprout House over the years. They have always been of the best quality, which produced wonderful sprouts. These days it's especially important to get quality produce, which is becoming more difficult in our overly polluted world. Growing your own fresh sprouts is an important option for everyone.

Great Mung Beans
I've been growning my own sprouts since they are relatively rare in the supermarked of late. Apparentaly there is a scare about salmonella being passed along with store sprouts. My neighbor used to grown them commercially, and she clued me in as to maintaining cleanliness before and during the growing. I hadn't tried growing Mung beans before, and love their taste.

Good yield and easy to grow
I wanted to try growing my own sprouts for my Pad Thai recipe so I bought these seeds. The product is nicely packaged in a heavy duty plastic resealable bag. So far I have used about 5 or 6 tablespoons of the beans. Here's what I do. Take a mason jar, put one tablespoon of beans in and soak them overnight. Cover the top of the mason jar with a cheesecloth. The next day, drain the water and place the mason jar facing downwards in a bowl. Cover it with a cloth to keep light out. Twice a day, once in the morning and once at night, fill up the jar with cold water and drain immediately. After a few days (about 5), the sprouts will be ready to eat. I've had good yield with these beans, probably close to 100% of the beans sprouted. Highly recommended and I would definitely buy these again.

Fantastic! And they are so good for you and ...
Fantastic! And they are so good for you and terribly easy to sprout. I use them mostly in salads and they are so yummy and crunchy. Fresh sprouts are way better than buing already sprouted sprouts because you don't know how long they have been sitting on the grocery shelf. This way you know exactly how old they are and long you've had them. They keep pretty well in the frig but I use my up pretty quickly. This is an excellent company to order from also!

Extremely easy to sprout, 100% sprouted
These are exactly as advertised. Mung beans were oddly unavailable on the shelves of Whole Foods and Market Basket, so I ordered them online. Very happy with the result. Selected mung beans for being low GI.
