This is one of my favorite creams for my face. It goes on very smooth and is lightweight which is a must! Not much of a fragrance because I do not like perfumed smelling creams/ lotions on my face. It hydrates quite well for a while. It is one of my favorites for my face. I have started using this and lotions on my face 3 or 4 times a day and at night because of extra dry skin due to age. No cream/ lotion is going to do away with lines and wrinkles so I settle for a clean moisture feeling. This is a great product and choice! Great price for the $. So if you are like me trying so many, this is the only cream I use with some lotions changing up for refreshing throughout the day and under makeup.

I bought this last winter just to try it, and soon found myself giving it as a gift to my friends. It has a clean scent. Not quite the Moroccan oil scent you get from the pure oil, but it's a light clean scent with hints of Moroccan oil. (I see a lot of people on here complaining about a floral scent, but I hate floral scents in lotion, and I don't get that at all from this). Now for the moisturizing aspect. I really like this lotion. It's non-greasy, absorbs almost immediately, and hydrates my super dry elbows like nothing else I've found. That said, it's effects are fairly short lived, if not used with a secondary lotion/wax/oil that seals it in. This lotion acts really well as a humectant which hydrates and draws moisture into the skin softening and hydrating it, but not so well as an occlusive (something that seals the moisture in and keeps it there). I highly recommend this product, but also recommend that after you use it, to rub another more occlusive lotion (Vaseline, ChapStick, whatever) over it to lock in the moisture into the really dry areas. This will really soften those dry areas and help make them healthy skin again. You shouldn't have to use the occlusive everywhere, just where you really need to keep the moisture (like dry elbows, knuckles, etc). Like I said though, this body butter works really well at hydrating super dry skin, and has worked really well at softening it up. I recommend it.

This butter goes on smooth, great consistency. Absorbs nicely, no stickiness. It has all of the good things you want on your skin to make it youthful and hydrated. I don't love the scent. Doesn't seem perfumey to me like other have said. Not an overpowering scent to me, just doesn't have much of a scent at all. I like my body butters to have a light scent in place of wearing perfume.

Love this cream...not a fancy package which is probably where the savings is. The jar is a generous size. The cream is non greasy and fragrance free. I bought it because it doesnt contain alchohol which dries your skin and defeats the purpose. Highly recomend.

I got this pure whipped lotion to save money since the brand I love is expensive. It does work, and the texture is very similar. I love the name brand, and it is my go-to product on these winter days when my skin is so dry. I don't love the scent and can't stop comparing it to the name brand. The scent is okay. I just love the other one so much. The scent has a light, clean smell to it. The product works well on dry skin, and the value is good when you compare it to the name brand. Everything is so expensive, and I am trying to find small ways to make changes.

The Majestic Pure whipped argan oil performs as advertised on my skin. The consistency is lighter than a typical body butter obviously because it is not a butter but whipped argan oil. However, I do not find it necessary to apply more of this whipped argan oil than the shea body butter of another brand I regularly use. It absorbs quickly and does not leave residues on clothes. I needed an effective moisturizer made without petrolatum and dimethicone or other silicone-based polymer or other chemicals that can harm me or the environment, and wanted a product that smelled ‘fragrance-free’. This product is not fragrance free. It contains a very light fragrance that is necessary - I believe - to balance out the natural scent of all the ingredients combined. However, the fragrance is very light, floral, not ‘cheap floral’ , and it becomes nearly undetectable after a few minutes from the initial application. Accordingly, all that I smell after a few minutes - and I have a very sharp sense of smell - is the typical scent of a fragrance free cream. That said, the whipped argan oil smells like that in the jar and when applied on my skin; however, every product applied to the skin of a human reacts with the individual’s unique body chemistry. The environment also plays a role on how any skin care product will ultimately smell (and perform). Therefore, I can concede that some consumers might not like how this particular product smells when applied on their skin. But that is true for any skin care product and parfums as well. You will not know until you actually apply the product to your skin. I hope this review helps.

I’ve been (sparingly) using Josie Maran’s Argan Oil for several years. Nothing felt as soothing, healing, and refreshing as her Argan Oil. But it was VERY expensive. I was stunned to find a product that seemed similar but cost much less. Too good to be true? I was skeptical. I’m delighted to report that the same high quality oil is now available for a much more reasonable price point. Slather it on everywhere as often as you want! It feels so good, your skin will love you! P.S.-some reviewers have a beef about the scent. It is similar to many body lotions.But if that offends you, as one reviewer noted, add a couple of drops of your preferred essential oil. This product is more than worth it!
