Being a first time mom, this was my first encounter with a nappy rash... after reading about nappy rashes on the internet, I decided to buy this cream and I have no regrets... first day I applied this cream on my baby's rashes in every 3 hours and next morning the rashes were almost gone. Second day used it four times in a day and voila no rash... this cream is mildly scented and my baby was comfortable wherever i applied the cream on him.. great results and quick relief, go for it
