Accepted!: Secrets to Gaining Admission to the World's Top Universities

Gold Standard for College Admissions
This will likely become the gold standard book to learn how to make it to the top world universities. Stunningly focused, jam-packed with a gold mine of information, and yet replete with plenty of humorous anecdotes, this book is impossible to put down - I read it end-to-end in just one sitting.Jamie finished his undergrad/masters in just 3 years, building Crimson Education while still in school. There is no one better to demystify the admissions process. Yet through his book, he makes all his success seem strangely accessible - he was that burger-flipping Yu-Gi-Oh loving teenager that many kids of his generation were. He decries “tall poppy syndrome” and encourages setting lofty goals, but with concrete advice on how to achieve them, from time management tips to exploring your strengths to seeking mentorship. In this way, his book is quite inspiring not only to parents and schoolchildren, but also to young adults. The focus of the book is on US schools, which makes sense as the US admissions process is holistic requiring demonstrated leadership in extra-curriculars, but also the most complicated, with the gymnastics required in crafting a compelling story. I personally secured admissions to Oxford quickly and solely on the grounds of my academics, but I had to put in a lot more effort with my US school applications. The book provides case studies and clarity on how to best approach this.Jamie makes a compelling case, with powerful examples, for why it is all so worthwhile. The best US schools consistently top world rankings, act as a signal for landing high-powered careers, are an incubator into venture-backed entrepreneurship, and possess, as Jamie puts it, an unrivaled “culture of possibility.” This book is a must read.

ACCEPTEDBook by JAMIE BEATONI first noticed Mr. Beaton on CNBC few years back, got my attention on Crimson Education, since then I been following Crimson news & updates.I read that he is publishing a book on Amazon, I preorder the book, I received it early May 2022.As soon as I started regrading the book I noticed How important, interesting, intelligent and well thought off, unique on its subject & fresh with ideas, I didn’t put the book down until the last page. The second day I researched many points he have mentioned in the book & the findings confirmed it.I read it again with extreme focus & attention & highlighted many sentences & pages. For me, its the most important book Parents must read to help their children get accepted into the top universities of the world.I purchased one more copy & gave each daughter book with a message: Read it carefully if you want to get acceptance to MIT or Stanford. Now I am in communication with Crimson education team to get both of my daughters on their program to get the right advice & supervision to make their dream reality.I highly recommend the book for all parents who care about the future of their children.Q16 June 2022.

Clear, No-Nonsense guide to what works
Written simply, the book provides a great insight into how admissions work. I am reading it for my child to understand how admissions to top universities work. Many universities have made systems that benefit them and this book has tips that will help students understand if it is worth going through that rigor and if so, then how. My child is a sophomore. I wish I could have read this book sooner.
