Attractive, nice night light. I keep mine on all the time and am amazed how many bugs it collects that I didn't even know were there! Yuck!I keep dog and cat food, plus their water bowl filled all the time, and we have lots of fruits and veggies. So these tiny gnats and fruit flies must hatch at times and get free catering. I couldn't get rid of them!!! I sprayed and sprayed, bombed with those foggers, in a few days, they were back like nothing happened.Incidentally, this doesn't tell you, but the ON/OFF SWITCH IS BUTTERFLY'S HEAD. I almost returned mine when it wouldn't light up!The first day, nothing. Oh boy. Second day, the little boogers found it and they have been toast ever since! I will buy again for other spots in house!

I purchased this to deal with the recent fruit fly infestation in by kitchen. I could not tell where those suckers were coming from, but there were scores of them! The item arrived, packaged well and once plugged in, glows a bluish color and gives off a low hum. It's not loud, but very bright and I was afraid that the light was keeping my pet rabbit up at night, so I would pull it out nightly. Not sure if works or not as it never once caught a fruit fly. I think we just killed them all off by swatting. Will update in the summer if we have another infestation.

I wish they would just make normal looking ones, not everyone wants butterflies or other shapes, but I couldn't find anything else for the same price. However. these are worth it and work actually pretty good for mosquitos, fruit flies, and regular house flies. These are now a must-have item with our home in Florida. I would imagine these would do great for camper trailers and rv's too! I would reccomend getting a few for different rooms or areas that mosquitos like to hang out, for us, that;s the kitchen and bathroom.

I bought this to get rid of gnats but I think they enjoy the glow for partying. To be fair, it has zapped 3 gnats in a week; the rest of them continue to attack any food on the counter. I'm keeping it just because zapping 3 is better than none, however, a small dish of vinegar works much better, though less attractive for my decor. I'm giving it one star for being a nice night light.

This little guy works great! Catches no see ums, gnats, mosquitos and the little bugs. Won't catch moths or flies, but if you just want to get all those little pesky ones, this will work. Mind you, it's small so you may want to get more than one if you have a large area to control. No noise when it zaps bugs like the big ones. I like the blue light too when the lights are off.

One of the Led's burnt out first thing so I wasn't so impressed with that, but the other 5 leds keep them coming. It doesn't seem to attract them so much in the daytime, but every morning it's loaded pretty good. I don't know if it's getting them all, but it's certainly getting some, and every bit helps. It's just a little bigger then a CD in diameter, thicker of course.

I've had this for a few weeks. My roommates and I used to have a huge mosquito problem to the point that my boyfriend refused to come over at times.I took a look at this and there are about three dead mosquitos in there! It's definitely a good buy but it takes a bit for it to work since the lights are small so make sure the room is blacked out.

Works great. I leave it plugged in until it needs emptied. That's every other day when mosquitoes are out. It gets most all of them little buggers during the night. Works great in my RV but I have to hide the blue lighting from my eyes.That hue bugs me! But this works.
